Plat 41 / Lot 42-1

The Lint, Loranger, Wilber Family property is a combination of five (5) properties (lots) that were merged into one, to become Plat 41, Lot 42-1. Located on Long Highway, Plat 41, Lot 42-1 now consists of twenty-five (25.3) acres of land. This was achieved through the fee simple purchase of two properties by the Little Compton Agricultural Conservancy Trust and the donation of the fee simple interest to three adjacent properties, by the Lint and Loranger families to the Little Compton Agricultural Conservancy Trust.

The Little Compton Agricultural Conservancy Trust completed the purchase of the fee simple interests in the Wilber property (Plat 41, Lots 42 and 48) on March 25, 2008. Plat 41, Lot 42 contained approximately four (4) acres of property and Plat 41, Lot 42 also contained (four) acres.

On April 8, 2009, Mrs. Marjorie G. Lint and Mr. John W. Lint, Trustees of the Lint Family Revocable Living Trust, donated the fee simple interest in Plat 41, Lots 41-2 and 47. Plat 41, Lot 41-2 was comprised of three (3) acres of land and Plat 41, Lot 47 was comprised of approximately six (6) acres of land. Simultaneous to the Lint donation was the Loranger donation.

Mrs. Lynda L. Loranger and Mr. Lionel G. Loranger donated Plat 41, Lot 49 to the Little Compton Agricultural Conservancy Trust, on April 8, 2009. Plat 41, Lot 49 was comprised of four and one tenth (4.10) acres of land.
